Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Garak, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

1. Who can use Garak

You must be at least 18 years old. Accounts use Google Sign-In. You are responsible for activity through your account and for keeping your Google account and device secure.

2. Food sharing

• Food offered through Garak must always be free.
• Describe food honestly, use relevant pictures, identify the pickup area, and keep availability current.
• Share only content and pictures you have the right to use.
• Users are responsible for deciding whether food and pickup arrangements are safe and lawful. Garak does not inspect, store, deliver, or guarantee food.

3. Conduct

Use Garak respectfully and only for food sharing. Do not post or send illegal, unsafe, fraudulent, abusive, harassing, sexual, violent, misleading, or rights-infringing content, and do not disrupt or misuse the service.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of your content and allow Garak to host, process, and display it only as needed to operate and protect the service. You remain responsible for what you share.

5. Reports and moderation

Users can report or block others. Garak may restrict content or suspend or end access when reasonably needed to protect users, enforce these terms, or comply with law.

6. Account deletion

Account deletion is permanent. See the account-deletion page for instructions and the Privacy Policy for what is deleted or temporarily retained.

7. Availability and responsibility

Garak may change, pause, or end. To the extent allowed by law, Garak does not guarantee that posts are accurate, food is available or safe, pickup will occur, or the service will always be available. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

8. Changes, law, and contact

We may update these terms and will publish the new version here with an updated date. Egyptian law applies. Email questions or complaints to support@garak-eg.com.
