Account and data deletion

Delete your Garak account

Deletion is permanent. A deleted account cannot be recovered. Signing in again creates a new account.

Delete it in the app

1. Open Garak and go to Account.
2. Select Delete account.
3. Type DELETE and confirm.

If you cannot use the app

1. Email support@garak-eg.com from the Google email address linked to your Garak account.
2. Use the subject Delete my Garak account.
3. Write: I request permanent deletion of my Garak account.

Never send your password or access tokens. We may ask for limited information to verify ownership and will complete a verified request within 30 days.

What is deleted

We delete your account and profile, food posts and images, chats and messages, blocks, reports, and support requests.

Temporary technical delays may apply to image removal. Protected backups may contain deleted data until their scheduled expiry and are not used to recreate deleted accounts.
